Each unit has three episodes dedicated to them. The setting of the anime was in present-time (2017 setting, unlike TSUKIANI which focused on previous settings).

As Berry works to solve cases at the Ghost Detective Club, she becomes closer to uncovering the truths hidden on Tom Sawyer Island.The series was initially announced on May 24, 2017, and premiered on October 4 the same year. Berry then meets another YUREI and a genius hacker named Hack, and joins the Ghost Detective Club. One day, a girl named Berry gets caught up investigating the mysterious Zero phenomenon of lost "love", and ends up becoming an invisible being called YUREI. On Tom Sawyer Island rumors spread of a Phantom ZERO, rumored to be causing a ZERO phenomenon in which "love" is lost. Collecting a lot of "love" allows residents to expand their DECO capabilities, so residents scramble daily to collect as much as they can. The amount of "love" one gets determines a resident's social standing, and this system is the reason for their peaceful society. There is a numerical social credit system among the residents measured in units called "love". The residents of this island use a visual information device called DECO(Decoration Customizer) to go back and forth between the Super Reproduction Space and virtual space. Tom Sawyer Island is a city with strictly controlled information. And so, the fiercest battle of all begins.
Yamata no Orochi is an unstoppable demon god that's never been scratched before. As different agendas swirl and interact, Musashi and his friends join the Kishin hunt. There's also the slightly sheltered, shy princess, Saruwatari Michiru. Takafumi is lost for words, but his uncle proves his claims of being in another dimension by using some magic. Clearly, his uncle has lost his marbles. When Takafumi visits him in the hospital, he sees his uncle muttering nonsense, declaring that he has returned from another world named “GRAN-BAHAMAL.” Hit by a truck when he was 17 years old, Takafumi's uncle suddenly awakens from a coma that lasted 17 years.
